Happy 2nd Birthday Leanna!

Wow... has it already been two years? It all seems to go by in a blur. People tell me "before you know it she'll be graduating college!" I didn't believe them when I first brought her home and now... here we are... two years later. It goes by so fast.

Leanna is getting so big; she is as tall or taller than some children in her Gymboree class that are at least 3-6 months older than her! You know she didn't get her heighth from me... lol!

Here are many wishes to my baby girl, turning into a beautiful toddler! Who ever came up with the "terrible twos"? So far this has been the best time with her! She interacts, talks and plays with us so much. She never goes into fits or is hateful towards us... I honestly believe we are blessed with our little miracle!!! I love you baby girl!

2 Years Old!

Can you believe? Do we believe it? Wow, Leanna is just shy of turning two years old! My oh my how time flies! Leanna is doing SO WELL on growing, talking (or attempt at talking) and loves to kiss and hug mommy & daddy. We celebrated this 4th of July at our cabin in NC this year. It was late in the evening when we started. Leanna wasn't crazy about the fireworks, either. Between being overly tired and the loud zipps & bangs, it was all a little too much for her and we had to go back to the cabin. Hopefully next year will be better, but I tell you what, she loved them sparklers! No noise & lots of fun light!

18 Months and she keeps ticking!

Life is GREAT and Leanna is just growing so rapidly! She's 25 lbs 3 oz now and 33" tall! Those who know me know I'm only 5'3" so she's 1/2 my size already! I'm hopeful she'll be taller than me. I'm also hopeful she will not be too tall as well! Either way she'll be perfect as God intended her to be. :)

Anniversary is coming soon!

Happy Valentine's Day and Happy Anniversary John! Happy Valentine's Day Leanna! We've been having so much fun these days it's hard to keep up on here! We enjoy spending our time at Gymboree or Disney world. Our annual passes will expire at the end of February so it's time to decide to renew or try a different park (i.e.: Universal or otherwise). We have/had annual passes to Cypress Gardens, but they have closed down (again) for renovation. Those who live close to Winter Haven: The park is being renovated to be a water park only. It is to reopen in March of this year (although the roller coaster rides are still up!).
